Turning Back Time, I Choose a New Life
時を戻った私は別の人生を歩みたい
Synopsis
A red-haired woman trembles as she clings to His Highness's arm. Yet, while pretending to be terrified, she is smirking directly at me.
Ah, I have been completely framed by her—I realized in that exact moment.
Gagged with a cloth, I couldn't even let out a single sound. I could only stare at His Highness Randolph without even blinking. And then, I departed from this world.
When I awoke, I was looking at a pair of tiny hands. What in the world has happened to me...?
In this second life, I will fight to the bitter end on my own terms! Why did time rewind, and what exactly is the conspiracy that Yuria was dragged into...!?

I had left a comment stating that if this story was going to stick a traumatized victim with her abuser, I was going to drop it. I am sick and tired of authors using extreme trauma for their story, never having the person handle it properly, and quite possibly the worst thing imaginable… putting the lead with their abuser. This IS something that occurs quite often in the real world, but the stories are always far messier than ever covered by media. Regardless, he ABUSED her, abandoned her, and then helped in her execution. She was so traumatized by the amount of cruelty she suffered from that she had to be put in a magical coma help with her trauma! By the way, anyone who says this is a different timeline doesn’t understand that it isn’t. That’s not how timelines work. Each choice someone makes branches off into a different future, but it’s still the same timeline! When she realized she had regressed, the timeline was still the same. It’s only events that changed. And let’s get one thing VERY clear: a separate timeline or a different string of events, does not erase what she went through. It’s called TRAUMA for a reason. She attempted to pull her own hair out when she heard that the Prince had aided her. And we are supposed to except that they deserve to be together? There are much better stories that handle trauma. This is NOT one of them.
FL is boring and Generic contradiction, she is suddenly OP at everything and constantly says she does not wish to stand out but ends up acting in a way that isn't very noble or lady like and goes around the academy in a cloak which just makes her stand out a Whole lot more. Just makes it hard to like or root for her as a character. Did not like the "Good Guy" portrayal of the Magic Professor when he proposed himself as a potential marriage candidate, He is her teacher is a few years older but clearly an Adult, she is a minor still at this Point. And we as the audience are meant to see him as on the Good FL side? The Prince is a confusing one, I think there is more to the story in why he did what he did, seem it wasn't entirely his choice. But seems still to early in the story to tell. Will say though the Art style is very Nice.
